Nursing Care

About Nursing Care: Minimal- to Mid-Level Support

At Park Care Centre / Sorgsentrum, our Minimal- to Mid-Level Nursing Care provides personalised, 24/7 support for adults who require assistance with daily living, emotional wellbeing, and ongoing health needs. Care is delivered in a safe, inclusive, and compassionate environment where every resident is treated with dignity and respect.

Residents receive individualised nursing care guided by tailored care plans that consider personal needs, abilities, and daily routines wherever possible. Our experienced nursing team provides continuous supervision and support, ensuring comfort, safety, and peace of mind.

Assistance is available with daily activities such as personal hygiene, dressing, mobility, meals, incontinence care, and medication management. Health monitoring is adapted to each resident’s needs, ranging from weekly observations to more frequent checks where required, allowing care to evolve as needs change.

Residents have access to Medical Doctor visits when needed, as well as optional rehabilitation and therapy services arranged privately. These may include physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and biokinetics, supporting mobility, strength, and long-term independence.

Emotional, behavioural, and mental health support forms part of our holistic approach, alongside social engagement, structured activities, and opportunities for meaningful connection. Social work, counselling, and spiritual care are available to residents and families where required.

All services are delivered in full compliance with health regulations and professional care standards. At Park Care, residents become part of a supportive community where independence, well-being, and quality of life are carefully nurtured.
