Assisted Living

About Assisted Living

At Park Care Centre / Sorgsentrum, our Assisted Living wards offer personalised care in a safe, comfortable environment designed to support independence, dignity, and peace of mind.

Residents receive assistance with daily living where required, including personal hygiene, dressing, mobility support, medication management, and structured daily routines. Care is tailored to individual needs, allowing residents to remain as independent as possible while knowing help is always close at hand.

A dedicated 24/7 nursing team provides continuous supervision and immediate support, ensuring consistent, high-quality care and reassurance for both residents and their families.

Our holistic approach supports overall wellbeing through access to medical care, rehabilitation therapies, counselling, spiritual support, and a complimentary activity programme that encourages participation, social connection, and a meaningful daily routine.

All care is delivered in full compliance with local health and care standards. Our focus remains on guided independence, safety, and quality of life—so every resident feels supported, respected, and truly at home.
